1. Shipping Zones

We currently offer free shipping within the Netherlands and all the countries inside the European Union using the PostNL delivery service. Depending on the country, the shipping rates will be calculated in the checkout, in case you go over 89€, you will get free shipping!

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your delivery country. Shipping within the Netherlands will be offered for free. And for other EU countries, the shipping rates will be calculated in the checkout, in case you go over 89€, you will get free shipping!

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, you can expect your package to be delivered within the Netherlands within the following estimated timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (NL)

    Please note that these delivery times are approximate and can be affected by factors such as holidays, unforeseen delays, and adverse weather conditions. The above days listed are only within the Netherlands.

    4. Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within few business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

    5. Tracking Your Order

    You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

    6. Delivery Address

    Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

    7. Shipping Notifications

    We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, another when it is shipped, and a final email when it is delivered.

    8. Lost or Damaged Items

    If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue. We will work with PostNL to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate solution.

    9. Returns and Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are allowed for any customer. This is allowed within the 14 days after the purchase, the customer should contact via email about the problem with the product providing evidence of the problem with pictures or videos. The product should remain in good condition in order to be returned, and in case of a defect the customer can choose whether to obtain a refund, exchange or return.
